Terms & Conditions: 

BOOKINGS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL DEPOSIT IS PAID. First paid, first in!

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for December bookings. 

By paying this invoice you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:

Agreement to paint as many faces as possible in the time allowed - no guarantee for more than 10 faces per hour unless prior agreement for a very limited menu of small designs. If more time is required and the invoiced time has run out, further time must be agreed to by both parties charged in half-hourly increments at the rate of $65 per half-hour.

The deposit is non-refundable in the event the booking is cancelled by the customer. The balancing payment must be paid in advance of services and upon cancelation by the customer may be retained in full if sufficient notice is not given. All payments are fully refundable if Jen’s Fun Faces cancels due to illness or a serious event and a rescheduled date is not suitable.

Liability Statement:

While we use only professional, approved cosmetic grade face painting supplies, the Artist is not liable for allergic reactions to paints. People with skin allergies or sensitive skin should either not participate, or have Artist perform a patch test at the beginning of the party. Client understands that darker face paints will leave a faint stain that must be removed with mild soap, water and washcloth or coconut oil. Artists will use reasonable care, but is not responsible for damage to clothing or property. The Client agrees to pay for any accidents or injuries caused by pets or guests, and/or any damage to Artist’s equipment or supplies. Under no circumstances will Artists supervise children. Their behavior and safety is the Client’s and/or Parents’ responsibility. More information on paints used at www.jensfunfaces.com.

For safety reasons, Artists will not paint children under 3 years old or anyone who is unwilling. For sanitary reasons, artists will not paint anyone who is or appears to be suffering from cold sores, conjunctivitis, ringworm, sunburn, eczema, any infectious skin condition or open wounds.

Extreme Adverse Working Conditions:

Artist has the right to cease painting and leave without refunding any monies if there are extreme adverse working conditions and the Client fails to remedy the situation after it has been brought to the Client’s attention. Adverse conditions included but not limited to: destructive, violent, or extreme inappropriate behavior of a child, pet or adult; illegal activities; extreme weather; or otherwise dangerous conditions.
